- Presented to the Senior Leadership Group (SLG) and Dean of Students on initiatives that advocate for more inclusive and accessible mental health resources
- Increased access to pregnancy tests by getting them available at Midd Xpress
- Advised the architectural designs for the New Student Center, New First-Year Housing, and student housing for Midd’s campus in Monterey, CA projects to center accessibility
- Cultivated conversations around consent and healthy relationships as a SpeakAboutIt Facilitator
- Planned the Connect With Your Community Resources Open Meeting with with the SGA Relationship and Sexual Respect Committee and Butterfly Blaise Boire, the Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator, as a a cross-campus effort that focuses on access, inclusivity, and the communal aspect of Middlebury's experiences with discrimination, harassment, or violence as an effort to change our campus culture
- Organized a gratitude tree, where people wrote affirmations on sticky notes and displayed them on a collaborative poster.
- Wrote legislation on mandatory Green Dot training for the SGA
- Collaborated with the DRC, AGDAI, and PubSafe to increase access to parking spots
- Increased physical access to dining hall spaces by implementing designated accessible seating for people with disabilities/injuries
- Centered the needs of students living off campus at Breadloaf, the Inn on the Green, and the Marriott and advocated for equitable housing to ResLife and the Dean of Students
- Communicated with the Dean of Faculty to promote trauma-informed care approaches as well as content warnings when responding to community loss and healing
- Collaborated with the Disability Resource Center (DRC) and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to make electric wheelchairs accessible to students with disabilities/injuries

- Institutionalized support for Transgender and Gender Nonconforming students through training coordination and legislation with impacted students, ResLife staff, and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Renee Wells
- Coordinated Student Emergency Funds (SEF) with school administration
- Communicate deep need for radical mental health supports to the Administration, College Board of Advisors, and College Board of Advisors
- Advocate for COVID-19 practices and policies that center the needs of immunocompromised, chronically ill, and disabled members of our community
